Eligibility

  • All customers who complete a purchase of any amount on advancedsimracing.com between August 1st and August 31st, 2025 (11:59 PM ET) will automatically be entered for a chance to win one (1) 1-Year Membership to Daniel Newman Racing’s SimHub Plugin Package.

OR

  • Customers who spend $2,500 CAD ($1,800 USD) or more (before taxes and shipping) on a single order during the promotional period on advancedsimracing.com will automatically receive one (1) 1-Year Membership, without the need to enter the draw.

Order Validity

  • Only completed, paid, and fulfilled orders are eligible. Orders that are cancelled, returned, refunded, or disputed will be disqualified from both the giveaway draw and automatic reward eligibility.

One Reward Per Customer

  • Limit of one annual membership per customer during the promotional period, regardless of number or value of purchases.

Exclusions

  • This promotion does not apply to purchases made before August 1st, 2025.
  • Gift card purchases alone (without physical goods) are not eligible.

Delivery of Rewards

  • Winners of the draw will be notified via email by September 10th, 2025.
  • Eligible customers who qualify for the automatic reward will receive their membership details within 14 business days of their order shipping.

No Substitution or Cash Value

  • Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

  • Advanced SimRacing reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without notice in the case of fraud, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • If a qualifying order is returned in full or in part, Advanced SimRacing reserves the right to revoke the awarded membership. If the membership has already been issued, it may be suspended or deactivated without notice. This applies to both contest winners and customers who received the membership through automatic eligibility.
