Shipping policy
- Advanced SimRacing offer Free Shipping for orders over 100$ to all of the Continental U.S. and Canada (excluding Yukon, Northwest Territories & Nunavut).
- Please note that Advanced SimRacing does NOT cover any duties, taxes, or tariffs that may be charged by U.S. Customs upon import.
- All order ship from our warehouse in Montreal in Canada.
- All shipments are sent out with SIGNATURE REQUIRED. If you cannot be home to receive your shipments, you need to contact the carrier and request a re-delivery, or a hold for pick-up at an access point.
- Products manufactured in Canada—such as ASR Chassis' and accessories—are currently exempt from U.S. tariffs. However, items produced in Europe or other regions may be subject to additional import duties or fees, depending on U.S. government regulations.
- Products marked as "Tariff Free [CA/US]" are exempt from United States Tariffs imposed by the current Administration. This designation does NOT guarantee exemption from other applicable import duties, taxes, or fees, which remain the customer’s responsibility.
- The U.S. importer of record legally pays tariffs to Customs & Border Protection upon import, usually before goods are released. Payment is typically handled electronically or via check. While the importer pays the government, the final cost is frequently passed on to U.S. consumers or businesses.
- Legally: The tariff (also known as customs duty) is legally paid by the importer of record to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). The importer of record is typically the U.S. buyer, owner, or purchaser of the goods, or their licensed agent (such as a customs broker). Misconception: It's a common misconception that the foreign country or the foreign exporting company directly pays the tariff to the U.S. government. This is generally not the case unless explicitly agreed upon in the contract.
- Example: For US buyers purchasing from Advanced SimRacing, the tariffs are paid by the buyers of the products. Advanced SimRacing will sell the product, collect money from the buyer (for the product, taxes, and shipping), ship the product, but for Customs and Border Patrol to release the product into the US, the tariffs must be paid by the buyer. If the tariff is not paid, the product is returned to the seller or disposed of. Money is not refunded to the buyer.

- If you refuse your incoming shipment for any reason, and that results in item(s) being returned to Advanced SimRacing's headquarters in Montreal, you will only receive a refund equivalent to 90% of the invoiced goods. Advanced SimRacing will not reimbursed any fees or tariffs charged by the carrier.
- We are unable to guarantee any order modifications after an order is fulfilled.
- Once your package is marked as "Out for Delivery", we are unable to process any changes to the Shipping Address
- Our typical lead time for order processing, fulfilment and shipping is 5 to 7 business days. This varies depending on the items purchased and our shipping queue.
- Please note that during high-volume periods (such as holidays or major sales), lead times may be extended.
- In these instances, current processing times will be clearly indicated via a banner or notification on our website.
- Please note that during high-volume periods (such as holidays or major sales), lead times may be extended.
- Once the items have shipped, transit time typically takes between 2 and 4 business days
- Please note that all large items, such as our SimRacing Chassis, Monitor Stands and Racing Seats, might not arrive on the same day as other parts of your order. Because of their weight and size, these boxes get sorted differently at our shipping partner's logistics hub.
- Advanced SimRacing DOES NOT COVER Use Tax from any state. Tax collected by retailers is called sales tax, and the retailer is responsible for reporting and paying the tax to the state. When an out-of-state or online retailer doesn't collect the tax for an item delivered to a specific state with a specific tax, the purchaser may owe "Use Tax," which is simply a tax on the use, storage, or consumption of personal property in that specific state. The most common state subject to "Use Tax" is California.
-
Return Product Shipping: Customers are fully responsible for the condition and integrity of any equipment being returned until it is physically received and inspected by a member of the Advanced SimRacing team.
- To ensure safe and verifiable delivery, all return shipments must be returned via UPS, FedEx, Purolator or DHL and must include a “Signature Required” service. This measure guarantees that your package is received directly by our staff and promptly processed.
- Please note that any return shipped with a non-approved courier service OR without a signature requirement will be refused. Lost, stolen, or unconfirmed packages will not be eligible for refund or reimbursement.
