The Advanced SimRacing SimRoom located in Montreal (Anjou) is available for private and corporate events for 4 hour rentals, with a maximum of 8 guests.
When completing the payment process, please add a note to your order with the timeslot you are looking to book. We will confirm your reservation as fast as possible.
The SimRoom features 4 fully equipped Racing Simulators :

Equipment featured in our SimRoom is subject to change at all times. All 4 simulators will remain available and operational, no matter the equipment featured on each build.
The SimRoom is located at 8720 4e Croissant, Anjou, Quebec, Canada H1J 1A9
Rentals are available in 4 hour blocks (more time can be allocated on demand at a rate of 125$ CAD per hour).
For each rental, Advanced SimRacing will provide atleast one experienced staff member that can help you setup races, competitions and hot lap contests. The staff member will also be available to answer any and all questions regarding the peripherals featured on all 4 simulators .
Bring your own food (or get delivery) and beverages for the duration of the rental. Alcoholic beverages are permitted. Advanced SimRacing can also provide a more complete catered experience on demand.
No food or beverages can be consumed while using the simulators, we have designed areas for food and beverage consumption.

In order to fully maximize your Advanced SimRacing Experience in our SimRoom, we are offering you the opportunity to book the premium and exclusive services of various hosts and private racing coaches.

Pricing and availabilities subject to change. Please inquire directly with our team on Facebook or via info@advancedsimracing.com to book a specific timeslot with one of our host and private racing coach.

In order to book The Advanced SimRacing Experience, we require the payment in advanced. However, please note that you can cancel at anytime up to 48 hours prior to the event at no charge.
Cancellations in the 48 hours prior to the event will be partially refunded (100$ administrative fee will be deducted from the full refund amount)

The event organizer (paying customer) is responsible for the proper usage of the SimRacing equipment and peripherals available in the SimRoom.
The group will follow the instructions and safety directives of the Advanced SimRacing employee at all times.
Please note that The Advanced SimRacing Experience SimRoom is monitored in real-time through a closed circuit camera feed.
In the event that you or one of your guest is responsible for equipment damage, you will be liable for the full retail value of the parts damaged or broken.
You will not be held liable for any involuntary malfunction or fault on the equipment that is available in the SimRoom (electronics failure, wear and tear breakdown, etc.)
