great product great team, very knowledgeable and professional

It was wonderful. Started out questionable, but things quickly improved and everyone was great. The entire delivery and setup team was wonderful and flawless in their actions. I totally enjoyed their company and support. Plus, you have a great product.

Sturdy, but wish it was a little more customizable

Building it was good, very solid pieces, but they scratch very easily if you're not careful. I have the Fanatec Clubsport V3 Inverted pedals and they don't fit with the pedal tray that comes with it. You would think for the amount of money that this one costs, I would at least have the option to choose a different pedal tray that would work, but I had to spend the money to purchase an additional pedal tray just to make it fit. I also didn't think of this before, but having the sides of the rig be completely smooth limits some of the customization as you can't mount anything to the outside frame of the rig. I would have rather gone with the ASR 6, but too late since I've already put it all together. Overall, really good quality, just wish I could customize my purchase options a little bit more.

Five star chassis, one star assembly manual/video

I love my ASR-Pro. Assembling it per the single video available was frustrating for a high quality product like this. It is my only complaint.

Overall, A Great Rig.

I bought this for my family due to the quick adjustments and it works great for that. Family members range from 5'2 to 6'5 and adjustments take less than 20 seconds. This functionality is amazing to say the least. Props to ASR on that! Overall, we are happy. We don't regret the purchase, but there's always something that can be nitpicked, so here goes for our setup. We're using the Logitech Pro wheel and pedal setup. I understand the rig is not specifically designed for any one setup, but can accommodate many, but there are some things to consider if using this combination. - The adjustable slider for the vertical adjustment of the wheel deck must sit 6" - 8" lower. This makes the rig look funny with the beautiful metal covers covering up both the aluminum ends and slider width. It also places the wheel in an awkward position in relation to the legs. This has nothing to do with ASR, but is on Logitech's design choice, but still, something to be aware of. If you're using this wheel, I would request from ASR (2) additional slider channels, 1 for each slide to accommodate the correct placement for the cap and the second for the correct position for the wheel. - We opted for the heel deck rest believing we would be able to remove the pedals from the Logitech base and use them on the ASR PRO pedal base. While Logitech allows for the pedal/s removal from its base, it's not useable on the ASR PRO, the screws would have to come from the top down and Logitech has the screw in from the bottom up. Also, because of this, it defeats having the option of the heel rest using the Logitech pedals as is. Logitech aside, here are some other small nitpicks: - While the electric green powder coat is high quality and looks absolutely amazing in person, once the powder-coat is damaged, it sticks out like a sore thumb. If given the chance to pick a different color, I would have gone black, or a color that's like the natural color of the aluminum. - We love the look of the ASR PRO due to the flat exterior, but from a functional standpoint, I would prefer the sliding channels on the exterior to allow for greater accessory mounting options. We purchased a Buttkicker PRO and was severely limited in center mounting given a Sparco seat on sliders. We would have liked to position this on the horizontal bar in front of the seat facing the heel deck, but this was not possible as the aluminum channels are not present on that side. As others have mentioned, this is a solid rig. With any current DD wheel and pedals on the market, you're not flexing this…to any degree. I can't speak to hydraulic technology as we don't have this on our rig, yet, but I'm sure the rig would handle it like a pro as ASR has many photos of this rig with that setup. A few more notes: -We opted for the accessory wheels; they are buttery smooth. We can move the rig with one finger. Very nice!!! - Shipping was quick from order and very well packaged. - The assembly instruction video while not finished with subtitles was still helpful. It's easier to see what size screw is being used with actual text as opposed to a wide angle shot on camera, but if you're any good at buildings things, the build will make sense and the video will become more of a helpful guide as opposed to a manual; I appreciate ASR making a non-complete video available, but I criticize them too for releasing a product without dotting their "i's" and crossing their "t's" especially for what feels like a flagship product. - We were looking forward to purchasing another switchable wheel deck for the HoneyComb Alpha, but without having a switchable foot pedal for the HoneyComb Charlie rudder pedals, it's too much work having to swap between racing pedals and rudder pedals every-time. So, at this time, this is purely a racing sim rig, however, we look forward to purchasing from ASR once they figure this out. - A shoutout to Hugo for his insights and pointing to us to a quality reclining seat. Awesome recommendation Hugo on the Sparco R333! All in all, it's an awesome setup for sim racing. Don't let our small nitpicks persuade you otherwise. We are greatly enjoying the rig and will be doing so for many-many years to come through numerous upgrades no doubt! -- The Parr Family
