Wheels utilizing a 50.8 mm mounting pattern often position shifter paddles and other moving components closer to the center of the wheel. Simucube 50.8 mm to 70 mm Adapter moves the quick release 30 mm away from the wheel to avoid contact with any levers. 

Flexible Wheel Mounting
Some steering wheels may utilize a 50.8 mm quick release mounting pattern, which Simucube Link Quick Release is not directly compatible with. To mount Simucube Link Quick Release and other 70 mm pattern quick release parts to these types of wheels we recommend using the Simucube 50.8 mm to 70 mm adapter.

Simucube 50.8 mm to 70 mm adapter fully supports the wireless power and data transfer features of Link Quick Release when used with Simucube Link compatible wheels. The hollow construction allows Link Quick Release to be connected to a compatible wheel with easy access to the connectors.
