Ascher Racing CashBack 2025

01. The Ascher Racing CashBack campaign is organized and carried out by:
KW automotive GmbH, Aspachweg 14, 74427 Fichtenberg, Germany.

Participation in the Ascher Racing CashBack 2025 campaign is open exclusively to private customers, regardless of their country of residence, unless restricted by local laws. Commercial customers, including resellers and business entities, are excluded from participation unless explicitly stated otherwise in the campaign details. Only end customers aged 18 years or older are eligible to participate in the cashback campaign.

CashBack payments will be made directly by KW automotive GmbH.

Cashback will be paid in EUR(€). CAD and USD amounts shown are approximate and based on an exchange rate of 1 EUR = 1.616 CAD = 1.164 USD at the time that the promotion starts. The actual amount in your local currency may vary depending on your bank’s exchange rate at the time of transfer.

All entities involved in the payment process act on behalf of KW automotive GmbH and are bound by the applicable legal provisions, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and relevant consumer protection laws.

02. This campaign is only valid for the purchase of a new Ascher Racing steering wheel and Dashboards bought during the promotional period from August 18th until October 31st, 2025.
The Ascher Racing steering wheel or Dashboards must be purchased either via the official Ascher Racing online shop (https://ascher-racing.com /) or from Advanced SimRacing.
The campaign is only valid for Ascher Racing steering wheels and Dashboards that are sold as new and not as refurbished products. This condition also applies to steering wheels and Dashboards purchased as part of a product bundle.

03.The customer shall receive the following cashback / refund for the Ascher Racing wheel or Dashboard that was bought at an official Ascher Racing dealer or in our official Ascher Racing webshop" within the promotional period:

• AR Your Ultimate: 140,00 € incl. 19% VAT / 117,65 € net
• AR McLaren Artura Ultimate: 120,00 € incl. 19% VAT / 100,84 € net
• AR McLaren Artura Pro (SC & USB): 100,00 € incl. 19% VAT / 84,03 € net
• AR McLaren Artura Sport (SC & USB): 120,00 € incl. 19% VAT / 100,84 € net

• AR F64 V3 (SC & USB): 110,00 € incl. 19% VAT / 92,44 € net
• AR F28 V2: 110,00 € incl. 19% VAT / 92,44 € net
• AR B24M/L: 90,00 € incl. 19% VAT / 75,63 € net
• AR B16M/L: 90,00 € incl. 19% VAT / 75,63 € net
• AR 4" DDU: 30,00 € incl. 19% VAT / 25,21 € net

The CashBack amount may vary slightly from country to country due to differences in currency, VAT rates, and exchange rates. KW automotive GmbH will issue the CashBack payment in euros (€). Each end customer is entitled to claim the CashBack or refund for only one single Ascher Racing steering wheel and one single Dashboard.
This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or affiliate codes.If other discounts are applied at the time of purchase, they will be deducted from the eligible CashBack amount.

04. All products that are not listed in 03, Ascher Racing Products that were used or won at prize games are excluded from this campaign.  

05. The refund is paid by money transfer via bank. The participants must be holder of a bank account in the country of residence and indicate their bank details in order that the KW automotive GmbH can assign the transfer of the cashback amount. Any bank transfer fees incurred during the refund process are to be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the final CashBack payment.

06. In case the refund of the temporary Ascher Racing CashBack campaign may represent a taxable advantage, the obligation to pay the taxes is with the recipient of the cashback amount.

07. Employees of the KW automotive GmbH and their family members, representatives of KW automotive GmbH and persons who are professionally involved in this CashBack campaign are excluded from participating at this campaign.

08. Customers residing in Russia, Belarus, Iran, and Iraq are excluded from participating in the cashback promotion.  

09. By sending the required documents, the participants accept the terms & conditions of participation.  

10. The process of the Ascher Racing CashBack campaign is as follows:

a) The participant purchases one of the above-mentioned products (see point 2 / separate program of Ascher Racing CashBack action) within the promotional period between August 18th until October 31st, 2025. Date of purchase is valid according to the KW automotive GmbH invoice / subsidiary invoice or participating Ascher Racing dealer invoice.

b) The participant applies for participation under the following link:

By submitting the complete documents, the participant agrees to the terms & conditions of participation for the campaign.

c) Within 60 days of receipt of the complete documents and approval by KW automotive GmbH, the respective CashBack amount will be paid to the participant by bank transfer. CashBack payments will be made directly by KW automotive GmbH.

d) The refund will be processed exclusively to the bank account provided during the application. The applicant is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the bank details. KW automotive GmbH and its partners assume no liability for failed payments due to incorrect information.

e) The submission date for the participation at the AR CashBack campaign is November 16st, 2025.

11. The KW automotive GmbH reserves the right to not process incomplete, incorrect, changed or illegal submissions. KW automotive GmbH takes no responsibility for delayed submissions or ones that got lost while being transferred. In case the participant does not get a feedback from KW within four weeks after the submission of his documents, the participant is asked to call the following campaign hotline:

12. KW automotive GmbH may reclaim the refund if the customer cancels the purchase for whatever reason.

13. This offer cannot be used in combination with other sales promotions or special agreements with the KW automotive GmbH that are offered during the same period.

14. KW automotive GmbH is entitled to terminate the promotion prematurely or to change the conditions of participation. This applies in particular to cases of force majeure and in the event that the proper execution of the promotion cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons. In the event of a change to the conditions of participation, the participant will be informed immediately by email; The participant will be given a reasonable period of time within which they can object to the new conditions of participation. The amended conditions of participation shall be deemed approved if the participant does not object within the period specified. The participant may not refuse to give their consent without good cause.

15. Should any provision of these conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that is legally permissible and comes closest to the content of the invalid provision. The same applies to any loopholes.

16. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction for disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions of participation is the registered office of KW automotive GmbH.

In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we inform you about the processing of your personal data in the context of our cashback promotions.

2. Purpose of Data Processing: We collect and process your personal data solely for the purpose of conducting our cashback promotions, including payment processing.

3. Legal Basis of Processing: The processing of your data is based on your consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. By participating in our cashback promotions, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with this privacy notice.

4. Data Disclosure: We only disclose your data to third parties to the extent necessary to fulfill the purposes mentioned above, such as payment service providers or shipping service providers. Disclosure to third parties for other purposes will only occur with your explicit consent or if required by law.  

5. Data Security: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

6. Retention Periods: We only store your data for as long as necessary for the conduct of our cashback promotions or as required by legal retention periods. After that, your data will be deleted or anonymized.
