One of the new products on display at SimRacing Expo 2026 is Simucube’s ActivePedal Sport. Our photo from Frankfurt shows the compact pedal up close as Simucube brings a more accessible model into its active-pedal range.

Pedal feel, defined in software

Instead of relying on springs and elastomers to create resistance, ActivePedal Sport uses a servo motor. Force, travel and the resistance curve can be adjusted in Simucube Tuner, letting drivers change the setup for different cars without swapping mechanical parts.

Simucube also describes telemetry-based feedback for effects such as ABS and wheel lock-up. These cues bring information from the simulation directly to your foot; the available effects depend on the game and setup.

The key details

  • Up to 100 kg of pedal force and 60 mm of travel.
  • Software-defined brake, throttle or clutch operation.
  • A compact 100 × 250 × 250 mm body, weighing 3.4 kg.
  • Simucube Link connectivity; a Link Hub is required and is sold separately from the single pedal.
  • A 36-month manufacturer warranty.

When is it coming?

Simucube lists availability for early 2027 and an announced US price of US$1,199 before tax for the single pedal. This is manufacturer launch information, not an ASR price or stock announcement. ASR availability and local pricing remain to be confirmed.

Considering it for your simulator?

For a bespoke build, we look at the complete pedal installation: mounting, driving position, connectivity and the way you want the car to feel. Tell ASR about your project and we can discuss the options as the product approaches release.
